As part of the ongoing activities to commemorate Rwandans who lost their lives during the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi, staff of Airtel-Tigo visited Nyamata Memorial Site and donated FRW 2 million.
Airtel-Tigo staff joined the rest of Rwandans in remembering the beloved ones who lost their lives in the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi.
The staff made a commitment to extend their continuous support to the genocide survivors and pledged to fight against genocide ideology.
This year’s commemoration ‘Kwibuka24’ is held under the theme “Remember – unite – renew”.
More than one million Rwandans died in one hundred days.
