Francois de Donnea, the Head of the Diplomatic Commission in Belgian Parliament, denounces the peace talks between Rwanda and FDLR and advises that the FDLR should be disarmed and dismantled.
He said that during a Press Conference held at this 9th, July, 2013 where they were discussing about the crisis in neighboring DRC.
He calls upon UN to deny to combining efforts to hunt down the FDLR militia and dismantle them once for all.
He accuses FDLR leaders to kill and rape women in DRC. They rob people’s wealth and violate women, de Dannea accuses them.
Mr Francois led a Belgian Parliamentary team that visited different areas of the nation.
Mr. Dr Senator Bizimana Jean Damascène, the Head of the Diplomatic Commission in Rwandan Parliament told journalists that the aim of that visit was to strengthen ties between both parliamentary partnerships
They also discussed about different issues relating to both political, economic and security aspects
Senator Bizimana says that Rwandan Diplomatic Team plans to visit their counterparts in Belgium in the upcoming days.
