General Kazura heads to Bamako where he will be leading the MONUSMA peacekeeping forces as decided upon by the UN General Secretary two weeks ago. On his schedule the General will be launch his activities on July,1st ,2013 with his troops that are to arrive in Mali this Monday.
Gen. Kazura has arrived in Mali very early to understand the terrain before operations begin.
It said that General Kazura performed successfully a quiz that aimed at testing him before he officially starts his duties. The quiz was planned by UN special committee on peacekeeping operations.
According to MONUSMA, General Kazura holds strong knowledge and experience on military operation. He also has strong argumentive skills in English with a remarkable social science background that equips him with adequate capabilities to conduct the operations effectively.
He is married and has four children with a wife.
