It is the first time that 38 Rwandan students graduate in the Oklahoma Christian University in the Masters Degree during a ceremony held at the University headquarters in Rwanda.
Most of the graduates received the MBA through the teleconferencing lecturing.
The academic staff in chief from the OCU/Rwanda thanked President Kagame who provided them with a permission to set up the University in Rwanda.
Rwandan Minister of education Dr Vincent Biruta urged the graduates to foster the Rwandan development through the application of their knowledge in their daily activities.
The event was attended by the Minister of local government James Musoni and Senator Bernard Makuza among others.
President of the University, John de Steiguer appreciated the progress Rwanda has achieved in education within the 20 years after the genocide of 1994.
