This Monday morning at the road nearing the Rwandex, in Kicukiro, a car called Toyota Dyna killed a woman who was walking with other pedestrians .
The driver attempted to escape after killing the mother and injuring more five persons.
One of the eyewitnesses told UM– USEKE reporter that the driver was likely willing to kill people as he did not stop and take care of the persons he injured.
He continued his way but was arrested by the Traffic Police, the witness said. One of the pedestrians was dead after while others who were severely wounded were brought to hospital for intensive care.
The National Police has arrested the driver and his car as further investigations will be conducted accordingly so to find out why the driver was willing to escape after killing people.
