After only 13 days of making his wish to Umuseke.rw that he wish he cloud meet the President before he passes away,Sir Rutayisire,90 years old, met H.E Paul KAGAME in Urugwiro Village.
“I am old, I have seen a lot of things happening and passing away. This country was full of confusion and despair before you took it in your hands but now I can go my way knowing that Rwanda has someone who cares about it as a nation”.Rutayisire told H.E Paul Kagame according to President’ Facebook wall
Before his audience with the President, Mzee Rutayisire brought his wishes to Umuseke,rw Reporter that for him nothing was more significant to him than meeting the President of the Republic before he dies.
This elder met the President this Sunday and Umuseke.rw will make a full interview with the wise man to get full information on his trip to meet President Paul Kagame.
