In the press conference that took place today, The Private Sector federation Chief Executive , Hannington Namara said the number of the registered exhibitionists has reduced due the stands that have alread been booked.
The statistics of from the PSF show that the people who were expected to attend the event will reduce from both internally and externally.
The last expo has been attended by 405 exhibitionists among whom 296 were Rwandans, and 108 being foreigners while this one will be attended by 329 among whom 78 are foreigners and other 251 are Rwandans.
Hannington Namara said that this resulted from the fact people who participated in last expo appreciated the outcomes and paid, in advance, for the stands in this upcoming expo.
He said that the every stand will be occupied and none will loose somewhere to expose his/her commercial items.
At the other side, the Management of PSF has expressed its willingness to lean about how the exhibition area can be widen as to host as many exhibitionists as possible in East Africa.
The aim is to relocate the site where the Exhibition takes place and set it in Gahanga, Kicukiro District not later than 2016, Namara claims .
For him, the PSF is hopeful about the increase of the number of people who will be attending the forthcoming Expo.
