During the swearing in of the new President of the Senate , Bernard Makuza, many political and military officials were present in the Parliament located in Kimihurura. During his first speech as the President of the Senate Makuza Bernard thanked the Head of state for the new duties entrusted to him and promised a full commitment and fulfillment of the tasks ahead.
