Kabgayi – As the workers of the Kabyayi archbishop were celebrating the International workers ‘day Monday, Bishop Smaragde Mbonyintege urged them to be more committed to their respective job posts as the experience has shown that some workers leave their posts due to ‘small salaries’ they earn.
For him it is wise to stick on a job that has a long time working contract job that pays a relatively small salary rather than the short time contract job that pays more money.
The sort time contract job that pays more money can stop at any time but the longtime one lasts and gives its beholder to earn more money with the length of the time, he advised.
He said that he was referring to some of the Kabgayi Hospital workers who recently have left their jobs and went elsewhere to search for jobs that are better paying.
Bishiop Mbonyintege advised them to avoid greedy behaviors that are pushing some of them to leave jobs that they have been fulfilled for longtime and go for jobs that are likely to stop any time
This situation becomes even harder for the ones who looked for the bank loans and strive to pay them back.
A big part of the money they searched from the bank is invested into housing business that are most likely exposed to loss rather than investing it in trading business that earn more money and in a relatively small time.
Basing on the above mentioned advises, Bishop Mbonyintege has put an emphasis on the fact that owning a job and stick on it can be a good tool to earn money, save and invest it in more lucrative investments.
During the celebration, most experienced, productive and disciplined workers were awarded with certificates and a check of 100. 000 Rwf.
