The Banque Rwandaise de Dévelopement (BRD) is led by a new Executive and Operational Manager. That is Mr Kanyankore Aléxis the former executive Manager of NAEB.
He replaces Jack Kayonga who headed the Bank since 2009.NAEB that Kanyankore was leading is a public institution that manages different agricultures activities aiming at developing a market-oriented agriculture.
Kanyankore Alexis was appointed by the BRD board of Directors .In a communiqué that RDB ha s issued ,it thanked the outgoing Director Mr Kayonga for his devoted efforts to bring the BRD bank at the level it has today.
It is ranked as one of the most effective in quality services providing bank in the country and at African level (the third in Africa and owner A+ rank )
Kanyankore is known to have led the OCIR-CAFÉ and OCIR-THÉ before leading the management of joint NAEB.
Recently the BRD has received a loan of $10 million to provide sustainable support to different sort and middle term projects.
