In Nyanza City, Mukino Sector, Nkomero Cell an old woman was using a grenade for so long using it as a harmer in her household activities. But it killed her yesterday as she was using it to prepare a cassava flour.
She was accustomed to using the so-called harmer in her daily activities such as hanging a stick where she ties her flock of goats during evening time.
Fortunately for her the Grenade busted while she was alone. The weapon cut her arm and injures her body seriously. She is now under medical surveillance in University Hospital in Butare.
At hearing her calling for help, neighbors came to rescue her .At their arrival hey found her seriously wounded.
Murangwa Bosco told Umuseke that local inhabitants feel sad at hearing the story .But as local authorities explained to the local inhabitants about the event ,the situation is calm, Murangwa continues.
Some local men told Umuseke that they never saw such a weapon resembling to a harmer ,adding that are risky to use such a weapon unwillingly
