During the swearing in ceremony of Gen. Nyamvumba and Munyuza H.E Paul Kagame says that he deposed Minister Mukaruliza and the PS due to disorder and mismanagement in the Ministry.
Few days ago, EAC parliamentarians met in Kigali. But according to H.E, the guests passed two hours at the Kigali International airport waiting for the convoy to take them at the place.
‘I could not tolerate such disrespect towards our guests of honor. I deposed her with the Permanent Secretary in MINIEAC due to that”H.E Kagame has added.
He said that one of the guests asked him the reason why this has happened.
He wondered what could have happened if it was the Westerners to host.

President told dignitaries present at the ceremony that Rwanda can be developed if some leaders do not cooperate each other.
He urged them to be more active than just spending much of time into uttering. Actions are the most needed rather than words.
He thanked the newly appointed Chief of General Staff Gen Nyamvumba and encouraged him to spread his courage in the aim of pushing RDF forward for development .
