During a closing ceremony of three days exhibition,the BRD thanked all its stakeholders for having contributed to its activities.The Bank welcomed all investors willing to get loan from it.
According to BRD,the exhibition contributed to people’s finance as around 350 people attended it and the amount of money rate at One Million,five hundred thousand Rwandan Francs.
Exhibitors said that BRD helps all committed investors to get loans and invest. Sina Gerald one of locally based investors told the gathering that BRD has enabled him to change his former traditionally based juices factory into a modern and standardized one.
Kanyankore Alexis the BRD Manager told Umuseke that this exhibition took place as to cerebrate its 46 anniversary.
He added that it was also an occasion to explain to its customers what are the bank’s future plans to develop the nation.
The Bank is about construct 2000 houses for accommodation in Kigali and across other big cities of Rwanda.Among other projects BRD intends to invest in involve agricultural and animal breeding based projects.These projects will improve Rwandans welfare as they pertain to people’s lives and financial growth.
The Bank intends to invest into tourism initiatives in Rwanda. Kanyankole said that another exhibition of the kind will be held next year.He added that in the next exhibition best performers will be awarded.
Inyange industries, Urwibutso enterprise(Nyirangarama), Crystal Bottling Co.Ltd, East African Granite Industries, Trust Industries Ltd, Kinazi Cassava Plant and Rugali Ltd (Kinyinya Farm) are among the firms that attended the exhibition.
