News say that ACP Theos Badege has been promoted to be the Chief of the Criminal Investigation Department of RNP.
ACP Badege told Umuseke that this changes do happen in RNP as a public institution. ACP Badege is replaced by ACP Gatare Damas, a freshly graduate from Rwanda Police Peace Academy.
Reports say that several and significant changes are likely to happen within RNP.
ACP Theos Badege is known to be very collaborative and understanding towards journalists. ACP Badege replaces CP Bizimungu Christopher.
He assured to Umuseke his continuous collaboration with media.
“I am always eager to respond to your concerns every time necessary” ACP Badege assures Umuseke . Concerning more changes that happened in RNP,he said that more details will be delivered soon.
