Four persons are arrested in Musanze for having counterfeited officials papers such as IDs to buy a house by illegal means.
These persons are Mr Niyonzima Alfonse,Ms Mukeshimana Marie Louise,Umurungi Sagni,and Mr Twagiramungu who jailed at Muhoza Piolice station in Musanze .
All four persons are suspected to have lied about the ownership of a house they sold.
Mr Niyonzima is accused by the persecution to have lied he lied a client who wish a house to lent ,saying that the house was occupied by the White people who like calm and dislike disorder.
Mukeshimana living in Nyarugenge District is accused to have lied that she is the wife of the deceased husband who owned the house while this is not the case.She wanted to sign in the name of the husband and get paid the total amount of money.
Mr Twagiramungu was the technician who had to forge the fake papers intending to attest the ownership of the house to pretending owners of the property.
Mr Kahinda the one who intended to legally lent the house started to suspect these persons to be lying on the deal from the time they asked him to give money to them in order to release their papers and called upon the Police to arrest these evildoers.
Chief Supt Gahima says that those evildoers were found with counterfeited IDs and fake land properties papers.
He continues saying that people must be altered about the danger of being involved in such kind of fraud.
He warned the general public about getting in such kind of activities.The crime is worthy five years and above of imprisonment.
The amount of five Million Rwandan Francs can be paid as an additional fees for the crime one has committed.
