Yesterday, a 60 years old Sebigaragara Ferdinand  graduated in  intensive literacy courses that took place in Kayonza Distict ,Eastern Province  being conducted  by the Ministry of Youth and Sport with the Rwanda Library Services.

He received his paper during a ceremony to launch of  literacy and numeracy week presided by the Ministry of Youth and Rwandan Library Services .

Humbly after receiving the paper,Mr Sebigaragara said that he was considering himself as a Kindergarten student who needed more knowledge in every school matter.

One’s literacy and numeracy knowledge increases his/her chances to develop both economically and intellectually.This is why Rwandan government invests more into  education.
