As research continues at searching about the state of service delivery in the nation,the Rwanda Governance Board says that the public institutions are the most poorly services delivery.
Dr Usengumukiza Felicien the RGB, Deputy Manager in charge of research says these poor services delivery has caused the loss of 40 Million RwF.
It is in this situation that the RGB strives to eradicate these loss causing behaviors in the public institutions.
“According to the findings, the public institutions in the high level are the most concerned with the situation even though thin cases are observed in the local administration levels especially concerning the Imihigo” , says Dr Usengimukiza.
He continues saying that even thought the current services delivery rate up to 70% , it is not sufficient enough to reach the 2020 vision embedded into the EDPRS II.
The One day workshop was aiming at assessing at what is needed to achieve the EDPRS II goals in different areas of national life such education, transport, energy, good governance, and justice among others.
