According to ruhagoyacu.com, the Black and White squad APR will not participate into the genocide commemoration championship scheduled to take place in Rwanda from 5th up to 8th ,June ,a championship to honor victims of 1994 genocide.
The reason for this absence originates from the fact the squad will be attending the CECAFA Kagame Cup to be held in Sudan 18th,June 2013.La Jeunesse Team replaced APR in the place.
