It was middle night that the former captain of the Arsenal team Tony Adams arrives at Kigali international airport to visit Rwanda to help Rwandans develop their passion of football.
The tall man (1.93m tall) arrived at the airport with a smile to see how many Rwandans came to welcome him.
He told journalists that he is proud to be in Rwanda to train coaches and footballers.
Friday, the 2nd May Tony will hold a press conference at Kigali Serena Hotel, after which he will go to Kicukiro playground where different coaches allocated by Arsenal are training young Rwandans for better football performance.
The renowned coach will be awarding the certificates to young people trained during the recent days at IPRC –Kicukiro campus. The training for the children has been chaired by Arsenal and Airtel Rwanda.
Tony Alexander Adams is a British who is 47 years old. He has been crowned by Queen of England as Member of the British Empire.
Since 1983 to 2002, he played for Arsenal FC, the only football team he played for and became the team captain afterwards.
He played his first game on November 05, 1983. Since then he developed his carrier and become a captain of the British football team Arsenal.
