Airtel Rwanda has today unveiled an interactive and informative self-service platform dubbed MAMO, My airtel My Offer; designed to enable customers’ access airtel products, services as well as various offerings available on the network from just a click on their mobile phones.
MAMO will avail mechanisms which will enable customers subscribe to different services and access various products without having to reach contact centers or use USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) codes.
Commenting on the service, Airtel Rwanda Managing Director, Mr. Teddy Bhullar said, “As part of our innovation strategy, Airtel Rwanda continues to enrich customers with value added services such as MAMO, which not only bring convenience, but fulfillment to our customers’ needs as well.”
He added that MAMO being a first in the Rwanda telecommunications market reaffirms Airtel’s commitment to serve customers with a new wave of convenience.
The platform is configured to receive calls from customers and enable them to subscribe to different products and services of choice in three languages which include; Kinyarwanda, English and French.
To enjoy this new innovation by airtel, customers will call a toll free short code 141 and get access to all airtel products and services.
