This match between Rwandan Amavubi female team and the Tanzanian one took place this Monday. The match ended with the victory of the later ones with 3-2. The Amavubi female team coach informed that the defeat resulted from fearful attitudes that her team felt in front of the Tanzanians.
Both teams are playing the CECAFA championship that is taking place in Jinja, Uganda.
The first goal from Tanzania team was marked by Asha Rashid at the fourth minute of the first half time and the second one was scored by Abdalla Anastazia.
Imanizabayo Florence and Anne Marie Ibangarye from Rwanda hit back and both teams equalized before the first half time ended.
However the second half ended with the another goal from Tanzanian female team by Asha Rashid, making it more competitive in front Rwandan one.
Rwandan team coach Grace Nyinawumuntu said that her players have played well but, as time went on, they went fearful towards the adversary, putting it in a good position to win.
She, thereafter, informed that there is more confidence that her team will be more competitive in front of Ethiopians during the coming match.

The match between Rwanda and Ethiopia is scheduled to take place on September 16, 2016.
