Beach Volley: Rwandan girls’ team won the African championship

This Sunday, Rwandan teams one of girls and other of boys won Beach Volley ball competitions that took in Accra, Ghana.

The boys’ team qualified for the Olympic Games takes place in the coming months.

Players Seraphine Mukantambara and Lea Uwimbabazi won over the Namibian girls during the last game with 2 over 0.

For the boys’ team, Justin Munyinya and Sylvestre Ndayisaba scored over the Egyptians with 2-1.

Paul Bitok lauded the efforts provided by his players. He said that the victory came from the commitment and willingness of players.

The international Olympic Games (Youth Olympics) are scheduled to take place at Nanjing, China on August, 16 to 28, this year.
