Burial ceremony for Brig Gen Dan Gapfizi scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, 28, June

According to RDF Spokesperson ,Brig.Gen Joseph Nzabamwita,tomorrow Friday,28,June ,Late Brig.Gen Dan Gapfizi will be buried in Military Cemetery located at Kanombe.

The 54 years old Dan Gapfizi passed away  Wednesday in car clash driving in Kagitumba-Kayonza road nearing Kizirakombe.

He was born in Ruhango District Southern Province. He became a refugee during his early childhood due to former discriminatory policies implemented by Hutu based -regimes persecuting Tutsi.

From today fellow soldiers, friends and families visit widowed wife and children and say good bye to the beloved General before burial takes place.

Religious ceremony on his honor will be held at Seventh Day Adventist Church at Remera before heading to Kanombe.

All RDF family mourns one of its best military leaders ever said Brig.Gen Joseph Nzabamwita.
