According to the cabinet decisions issued Yesterday, Lt Gen Charles Kayonga is currently appointed as Ambassador of Rwanda in China.
Lt Gen Kayonga who was the Chief Staff Commander of the RDF has been replaced by Gen Patrick Nyamvumba as Chief Staff who was the in High command of UN peacekeeping mission in Sudan known as UNAMID.
Since then Gen Kayonga was not given responsibilities until yesterday when he was appointed by the cabinet to replace Ambassador Francois Ngarambe in Beijing, China.
Ambassador Francois Ngarambe has been appointed as the Ambassador in Geneva, Switzerland.
The cabinet has appointed Caritas Mukandasira as the Governor of the Western Province replacing Kabahizi Celestin.
Another decision is that Richard Tushabe has been appointed as the General commissioner of the Rwanda Revenue Authority replacing Commissioner Ben Kagarama.
