The Cabinet Meeting gathered yesterday has appointed new officials in different high ranking posts in different ministries and state institutions. Among the ones appointed in new positions include the former Kigali city governor Fidel Ndayisaba, now set as the Chief of the National Unity and Reconciliation Commission.
The Cabinet members commended the efforts and results that came out from the local government elections held recently and urging Rwandans to actively participate in the ones to be held this Monday, 21, February, 2016.
One of the newly agreed upon guidelines relates to policies and investigative procedures to be applied in cases related to plane crashes.
The Cabinet approved the payment policies related to loans that Rwanda contracted from different development partners such as BADEA(Arab Bank for African Development in Africa), Kuwait Development Fund, Saudi Arabia Development Fund and International Development Fund.
