CECAFA Kagame Cup: Rayon Sports equalizes with Azam FC 0-0

One of the three teams that represent Rwanda in the CECAFA Kagame Cup, has equalized with the Tanzanian Team AZAM .The match was the first one which opened the ongoing-two weeks long championship that takes place in Kigali.

Rayon Sports has dominated the first half of the match as players such Tubane James, Serugendo Arafat, Mackenzie and Sibomana Abouba were strongly willing to score but in vain.

In the second half of the match, Rayon also provided more efforts to score but defenders of Azam were fully committed to hinder the Rwandans from scoring.

New players of the Rayon Sports such as Motombo Govin, Bertrand and Tubane James were among the ones who played the match as being tested for their performance.

Apart from Rayon Sports and AZAM that equalized, Gor Mahia from Kenya and Kampala City Council (KCC)from Uganda played and KCC won over Gor Mahia with 2-1.
