Chadian President concludes pre-AU Summit visit

President Paul Kagame bids farewell to his Chadian counterpart Idriss Déby at Kigali International Airport after the latter paid a one-day visit to Rwanda, yesterday.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

President Déby, who is the current chairperson of the African Union, was in the country ahead of next month’s African Union summit and the upcoming meeting was the focus of the discussions between the two leaders in the capital Kigali, according to the President’s office.
