The preparatory committee of the forthcoming football championship CHAN announced that the cheapest ticket will be sold to 500 Rwandan Francs. Matches will be held in Amahoro Stadium, Umuganda Stadium, and lastly in Kigali and Huye Stadiums.
The championship will take place from Jan, 16- to February 07, 2016.
The Minister of sports and culture, Julienne Uwacu said that the ticket price was reduced as to allow all kinds of fans to attend the event without price related barriers.
Tickets are set like this:
-10 000 Rwf(VVIP in Kigali, but at Huye Stadium the price will be 5000)
-5000 Rwf(VIP at Amahoro National Stadium, Umuganda Stadium and at Kigali Stadium
-2000 Rwf( the covered areas of the stadium in Kigali but in Huye the price will be set at 1000Rwf).
–Fans willing to seat in the remaining areas of the stadium will be paying 500 Rwf.
