China explosion: 21 killed in pipeline blast, state media reports

At least 21 people were killed and five others were injured in a pipeline explosion in central China’s Hubei province Thursday afternoon, the state-run Xinhua news agency reported.

The blast occurred when a high-pressure steam tube burst at a power-generating company, Xinhua said.
