The University Hospital of Butare known as CHUB says that its workers are missing the money they deserve as they pay the Health fees to save to help them in case unforeseen circumstances befall them.
One the workers of CHUB told Umuseke they pay these fees but until none of them does know where that money is invested. “We need more explanations on the ways these money is managed”, he said
The outcomes of this misbehavior is that staff does not receive services they were receiving as the fees are not paid at it should be.
He wonders why other workers who did not paid for The Fund receive their full salary while they do not. Dr Sendegeya Augustin told Umuseke that this issue is serious ,which according to him, is soon to be handled effectively.
He says that it is based on the budget that is not promising.
He reveled that anyone needing a loan to cater for his own problems can ask for it.
The Caisse d’Entre-Aide is an small association of National University of Rwanda Staff that strives to save money for future use in case difficulty conditions occur for one of the staff members.
