The program concerns three main programs that follow: the G2G(Government to Government),G2C(Government to Citizens),and G2B(Government to Business).

The Workshop to launch this new program took place at the Telecom House at Kacyiru,Gasabo District chaired by the Minister of Youth and Technology, Mr Nsengimana Jean Philibert with other stakeholders among whom the National IT Promotion Agency from South Korea.

Minister Nsengiyumva said that the aim of the workshop was to enhance the awareness on the usefulness of the ICT in improving quality services delivery.

The current new systems target the increase of information delivery from different perspectives so to help Rwandan have more access to information concerning their daily activities .

The G2G will help government officials to communicate easily, the G2C will increase the effective communication between officials and citizens while the G2B is meant to improve how Government officials communicate with businesses operators.

For Minister Nsengiyumva, ICT use needs to be inculcated within people day-to-day activities so to become habit.

The aim, according to Minister, is to ease quick access to both services and information using one’s computers or mobile phones  without  hardly searching  for them.

The stakeholders in the program  are the South Korean Government that has highly advanced technology in the matter.
