Ellen and Portia can’t get enough of visiting gorillas!!

Second visit in less than 24h…Today Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi again visited ‘Agashya’ a Gorilla family located in the middle of Sabyinyo and Bisoke volcanoes on Rwanda side.

Saturday they both landed in Rwanda in a private jet and hires a helicopter to Musanze, north Rwanda to lodge in the unique, rare and luxury Bisate Lodge.

Sunday was a busy day as the couple hikes the big mountains to meet Gorillas of which Portia offered Ellen a gift; gorilla conservation center, early this year at her 60 birthday.

One day exploration wasn’t enough tough, our sources close told us this Monday morning the couple put on the shoes and hike again to see Agashya family, before they descend  on Kigali on Tuesday.

The two are planning to build a permanent research campus as donation to the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund to the effort of protecting endangered these mountain gorillas.

While offering her the gift in February de Rossi told DeGeneres she knew she would love to carry on {Fosssey} Dian’s legacy to give gorillas a permanent home in Rwanda.

Rwanda, because has been champion country to care and protect these primate species that live in a shared mountainous volcanoes between Rwanda, DR Congo and Uganda.

DeGeneres, who is on vacation, who has been an animal-rights activist for many years, is said to be meeting President Paul Kagame sometime before she leaves Rwanda.

Now, the next star of this series to #VisitRwanda is THE ROCK of the Rampage, who is visiting his preferable gorillas this year.
