The Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn is in Rwanda for a state visit to Rwanda to hold bilateral talks with Rwandan officials in different matters pertaining to economy, especially.
He will learn more about the developmental achievements in Kigali and Rwamagana city as revealed by the Rwandan Office of the President. Desalegn will spend three days in Rwanda.
