In Gicumbi,Rubaya Cell, evildoers burnt a shop of a local salesperson .The articles inside the shop were worthy Nine Million Rwandan Francs as the owner of the shop told Umuseke.
Duniya Théoneste the Owner of the Shop told Umuseke that people came to his house sealed it so to hamper people from rescuing something .He says these people want him to become poor and remain as such.
Ngendabanga Jerome, the Executive Secretary of the Cell says the same thing as these evildoers want to destroy the wealthy of this local salesperson.
Unfortunately, Duniya never searched for an insurance for his wealthy thus he wonders how we will be paying the Bank loan he contacted.
Up to now those criminals are being hunted down by the Police.
The Cell shares borders with Uganda and is known to face such incidents.
