According to the Ministry’s of Foreign Affairs’s Twitter handle, Min Louise Mushikiabo is in Italian capital Rome for bilateral negotiations with potential investors. She will also attend the Italy-Africa Ministerial Conference scheduled to start this Wednesday.
The tomorrow’s conference will focus on how African nations can cooperate with Italy in setting and sustaining clean energy factories as to prevent the green house gases.
The conference will be attended by different ministers from over 20 African countries who are part and parcel of the Italy-Africa Initiative that is operational since 2013.
This Tuesday, Minister Mushikiwabo alongside the Rwandan Ambassador to France Jacques Kabale met with potential investors in Rome, Italy.
According to her Office in Kigali, Minister Mushikiwabo called up Italians to invest in Rwanda, promising that the business opportunities are available to anyone willing.
Participants in the Italy-Africa Conference will assess on how issues related to economy, security, migration and environment can be effectively handled.
