H.E Paul Kagame,The most effective leader in Africa-Foreign Policy Newspaper reports

Throughout a research conducted in order to find out whose leader of Africa has been able to bring about effective changes in his country better than any other, people responded Paul Kagame of Rwanda.

The Newspaper Foreign Policy conducted that research and found out that Kagame is the most effective leader in Africa while Kabila is ranked among the worst effective ones .

1.Responding to the question about which country of Africa went through different positive and effective changes ,13 persons responded Rwanda,7 responded South Africa,5 said its Angola,3 responded is Botswana and 2 said it is Tanzania.

2.The Newspaper asked who is the best achiever President of Africa,16 respomded is Paul Kagame,7 said is Macky Sally of Senegal,5 sais it is Ellen Johnson Sirleaf of Liberia while other 3 said it John Mahama of Ghana.

3.When they were asked about who  is the worst effective President across the African nations,20 persons said it is Mugabe Robert of Zimbabwe,8 said it is Theodor Obiang Nguema Mbasogo of Equatorial Guinnie,6 said it is Joseph  Kabila of DRC while 4 affirmed it is Isaiah Afewerki of Eritrea.

4.The Newspaper proceeded by asking which the most politically failed country in Africa.19 people responded that it is Somalia,9 said it is Afghanistan.

5. 8 persons said it DRC while 6 affirmed it is Central African Republic .In the same angle other 4 said it is Bissau Guinea  with 2 affirming that Syria is at the top.

6. 29 persons affirm that post Arab-spring revolution northern African Arab countries are in worse situation rather than in peaceful ones. Other 21 confirmed the reverse.

7.About which countries they think are most likely to get involved in a war ,11 responded it is DRC.5 said it is Sudan. 4 think it is Central African Republic ,4 affirm it is Nigeria  while  2 said  war is likely to occur in Chad and Libya.

8. 29 persons founded African Union useless while 21 said the Union is performing effectively with 9 said it is hard to respond to  such a question
