The Rwandan Parliament expresses its sadness about the death of one of the MPs Hon Françoise Mukayisenga who passed away last night in the Rwanda Military Hospital at Kanombe sector, Kigali City.
She has been serving in the cabinet since 2003. Hon Mukayisenga was one of the representatives of the FPR Inkotanyi defending the interests of the Western Province.
