Recently, Social Media became a unique, sure and massive communication tool all over the word.
However, most of people in our country think that social media serve as a place where they meet their friends for only jokes, pictures, funny videos… Which is right because without it’s entertaining aspect, they will not have the actually success.

They are many social medias out there which are popular than others. Among them: Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Flckr and others are less popular or not updated like HI5.
But social medias can be used for many things like: creating work group in a company where you can easily interact later than buying a dedicated software. They can also help to authorities to spread info to the population, get feedback, suggestions and/or recommendations from the people.

Rwandan President is the most IT effective user among African Presidents

That is the case of the prime minister of the republic of Rwanda, Dr Damien Habumuremyi tweeted on his twitter account addressing to the nation that good governance is made by good authorities and it’s people. Immediately a reporter from Green Light Magazine react about that tweet.

“BURI GIHE UMUTURAGE WESE AMBAJIJE NDAMUSUBIZA” which means that at each time a Rwandan asks me a question, I responds to him. I do not have one planned day to meet my people on twitter. Dr Damien Habumuremyi responding to Green Light Magazine.

Most Rwandan high up member of the state and organizations have a planed day and hours to discuss on several issues with Rwandan citizen on twitter, but according to his excellence the prime minister of our government, you can contact him at any time and get a response.
