President of the Republic Paul Kagame urged newly graduated police officers gathered at Gishari Integrated Polytechnic Police situated in Rwamagana to be increase their professionalism and guard the security of Rwanda. He added that he will never tolerate any willing to destabilize Rwanda.
The Head of state said that a professional police is a cement to a lasting peace and development of Rwanda.
President Kagame reminded Police officers that their duties keep increasing as the world changes and technologically based crimes increase too.
H.E urged police and military officers to keep learning about the new advancement into technological issues.
He warned people who are willing to destabilize Rwanda that he has been elected not to entertain haters of Rwanda.
“I am not a journalist, nor a singer to entertain haters of our nation, it is not is not my responsibilities. My responsibility is to secure my country. Whoever willing destabilize Rwanda will face its consequences.”President Kagame said.
