This Wednesday 18 Nov, 2015 the National Central Bureau (NCB) of Madrid-Spain sent a message to all 190 Interpol member countries to cancel the diffusion it had earlier issued against 40 Rwandans.
Subsequent to the judgment by the Spanish Supreme Court to which dismissed 40 indictments against Rwandans, the NCB Madrid has played its role of requesting other NCB to disregard the diffusions.
This follows the Interpol clearance of each individual of the 40 Rwandans by issuing a certificate in June 2012 signifying that the persons in question are not subject of Interpol Red notice.
The implication is that the concerned 40 Rwandans have no case to answer.
