In Nyarugenge Court, The Intwarane Sect members told the Court that they were arrested unlawfully.The court has sentenced the sect members to pass 30 days into jail for having illegally manifested.
The persecution says that the Court’s decision is fair and it has to be applied because, according to the Persecution, the Intwarane should have communicated the news to the President through legal means.
The Intwarane Defense Team urges that the Intwarane members were arrested into unlawful situations, thus they deserve to be released.
One of the Intwarane members called Mutamba Chantal said that the Lawyer of Intwarane needs be chased away as she does recognize him. She added that the Court can release others as she is the one Mary; Mother of Jesus has given power and message to deliver to H.E.
It seems as she is a mentally ill person.
The Intwarane members affirm that they saw one of their fellows going somewhere they did not know where and accompanied them.
The Defense urgesIntwarane members deserve a temporary release as their act was criminally intended.
The Court has schedules to pronounce its judgment on 29, August at 3 PM .
The Intwarane group members were arrested last month for their attempt to enter the Urugwiro State House claiming that the Sect had a special message to H.E.
The message was to warn him about immanent disasters to befall Rwandans if they do not repent and become real Christians.
The Sect members live into Muhima Sector.
Law in Rwanda punishes whoever engages into unlawful public manifestations.
