An Ambulance that was coming from the Kigali clashed with a lorry and the accident has injured four passengers. The ambulance is a property of the Kirinda health center. The incident happened yesterday around 7 PM.
The driver of the ambulance has been seriously injured in the chest, his fellow was laying down waiting for a medical treatment.
The real cause of the accident is not really known but people affirm that car might have been unable to stop because the lorry that it clashed with parked.
Different drivers who discussed with UM– USEKE as to find out what might caused the accident, said the accident has been caused by over speed that might have caused the accident .
Another driver called Louis said that this kind of accident is not commonly seen in these circumstances. This veteran driver said that in late evening hours the South Province drivers are over speeding.
Another reason for this accident might have been caused by a sleepy driver who was very tied. The injured passengers have been brought to health center but are in critical health state.
