The incident happened this Thursday early evening hours where the Coaster RAB 672 from the travel company Stella made an accident and three people are reported to have lost their lives few minutes later.
Eyewitnesses say that the coaster was heading to Gicumbi district from Kigali. Police informed that around 15 people were seriously injured while few others suffered sustained minor injures.
The accident happened exactly in Kabuye cell, Kageyo sector, Gicumbi district, Northern Province.
The traffic police department spokesperson CIP Emmanuel Kabanda affirmed that three people lost their lives at the place where it has happened.
