The Chief Executive Secretary of Transparency Rwanda, Ingabire Immaculée, told journalists in Burundi that Kikwete might have been influenced by European countries.
For her, Kikwete’ speech was uttered in unnecessary time. “This dishonors his people” Ingabire continues.
In a small interview to Isango Star treated the Kikwete’ speech as worthless for President of a Republic who is manipulated by European countries.
These countries are happy to see the regional nations auto-degrading and thus they can use a Head of State to convoy their ideas.
‘If no peace is not ensured to Rwanda, thus Tanzania will also loose peace because your neighbor is your partner in everything’ Ingabire advises.
For Madame Ingabire, peace talks would have been fruitful before the genocide because ,according to her, maybe Interahamwe might have killed few Tutsi.
She continued saying that peace talks if they are to be, should be held between Rwanda and FDLR leaders who are under the international arrest warrants.This hinders Kikwete’ wishes to materialize. African leaders would understand that their choices are more significant than just become mere tools of Westerners.
