This reality has allowed Rayon Sports to be ready for the match with its most challenger APR FC in the semi finals scheduled to take place this Thursday, 15, September, 2016.
These shortcomings were observable between defenders who were trying to master the situation
This situation gave an opportunity to Rayon Sports striker Kwizera Pierrot to score a goal after releasing a free kick and the first half time of the match ended that way with 1-0.
Since the beginning of the second half time, green wore team Kiyovu sports fought to score back and this happened as at the 63 minute, Mustapha Francis won the Kiyovu ‘s first goal.
The match kept increasing hotter especially at the side of Rayon Sports where some players such as Nzayisenga Jean d’Amour was replaced by Manzi Thierry while Rutinywa Tatie nicknamed Gonzalez was replaced by Nova Bayama and Lomami Frank left place for Moussa Camara.
However this strategy didn’t provide a significant changes as Kiyovu increased its attack and at the 83 minute, Djuma Nizeyimana scored the final and definitive goal that the allowed Kiyovu to become the leading team of the Group B.
The match ended with 2-1. It was a eye catching match between these rival teams.
