Kizito Mihigo and co-accused’ trial adjourned

The trail of Singer Kizito and co-accused that was scheduled to resume today is adjourned and will resume on November 06, 2014.  singer Kizito Mihigo and co-accused are allegedly of having acted to betray  the ruling government and against the Head of state, among other charges.

His co-accused include  Cassien Ntamuhanga, Jean Paul Dukuzumuremyi and Agnes Niyibizi. Lastly, they appeared in the court on September, 12, 2014.

At that occasion, the trial has been adjourned as to let the accused  to  reading the dossiers containing allegations against them as Niyibizi, Ntamuhanga, and Dukuzumuremyi Jean Paul told the court that they did not read their papers  at that time, therefore not ready for their defense in the court.

At that time, singer Kizito Mihigo said he was ready to face the trial as he read the papers containing the allegations.

The singer Kizito displayed his discomfort about  the adjournment of the trial as he wondered whether he could not be tried him alone, if others were not fully prepared for the trial.
