The court basing its decisions on the 96 and 97 articles of the law governing  the juridical process of crimes and basing its decisions  on the fact that the suspects pleaded guilty of having collaborated with the FDLR and RNC, the court decided to keep in jail the suspects for 30 days before the courts hearing resume.

The judge in chief in the court said that sufficient proofs have found during the investigation testifying the criminal involvement of the suspects.

The court has decided to keep the suspects in jail for 30 days due to the fact the suspects have pleaded guilty for the charges they are accused of.

The court refuted the wishes of the defenders of Mihigo who wanted Kizito to be released because he didn’t forged criminal plans, according to the defenders.

The court refuted also the wishes of the defenders of Mihigo who wanted the case of their client to be separate from the one of his co-accused. For the court, each of the accused will be  persecuted  and charged separately.

Other suspects namely Ntamuhanga Cassien, Dukuzumuremyi Jean Paul and Niyibizi Jean Paul were urging the court to release them so to  appear to the court coming from outside the prison, especially due to the fact that they are the ones who provided news to the persecution.

But the court decided that the suspects are to pass 30 days in  jail as because they are potentially able to flee and hide.

The court did not reveal in which prison the suspects will be jailed until the next procedure resumes.
