Today The Singer Kizito Mihigo and co-accused appeared in the court. The today’s court hearing is the first one of others that are to be held until the judgement process ends. Kizito recognized all of the crimes he accused of and has pledged guilty to all of them.
His defense tried to refute all the allegations presented by the prosecution but the accused recognized every allegation without taking into account the defense’s views.
Kizito said that he has been grieved by the fact that he is betrayed the Head of State, regretting his involvement into a betrayal of a man who saved him.
