Yesterday at Nyimirambo court for commerce and trade related issues, the body of judges concluded that Lawyer Rwagatare will longer appear in the court due to his support for Kayitesi Immaculate while Lawyer Rwagatare has a legal recognition to defend children of late Rubangura.
Formerly lawyer Rwagatare was defending the side of Kayitesi Immaculate, the widow of late Rubangura who is accused by Rubangura’s children to have the intention of confiscating the wealth of Rubangura.
In this case, children of Late Rubangura accuse Kayitesi Immaculate to have searched and got a bank loan from former FINA bank( currently GITI Bank) and COGEBANK and provided the material wealthy of Late Rubangura as a bank guarantee.
Denis Rubangura , the Rubangura elder son , who speaks on behalf of his brothers and sisters told the court that Lawyer Rwagatare is not trustworthy as he has the right to defend ten children of Rungura and he has chosen to defend widow Kayitesi for suspicious reasons.
The body of judges decided to oust Lawyer Rwagatare from the court proceedings.
The court has accepted the case brought by Rubangura sons and denied Rwagatare from appearing in the court.
Children of Rubangura accuse Kayitesi, COGEBANK and GITI Banks in the court.
The proceedings will continue on 20 February, 2014.
