Saturday, 23,November ,2013, different leaders from all local administrative levels gathered at Gabiro military base were reminded that they are required to reach local population to explain to them different policies as to let them participate into them knowing what they mean to them.
Minister of the local administration Musoni Protais urged the leaders to use their both knowledge and moral values in order to lead the nation at the highest level of development.
Min Musoni said that the leaders were brought to a military camp to let them learn from military order, spline and commitment to reach all their goals. He warned the leaders to no longer behave as the former leaders of the communes.
After these training, we want to see leaders having new mindset enabling them to be close to citizens so to make a unified nation, said Min Musoni.
Musoni reminded leaders that effective participation of citizens result from a clear understanding of the policies the government has set up.
During this training leaders will receive insights on different policies that are currently under exercise ,all of this in order to increase the operational capabilities.
The training brings together the executive secretaries from all administrative sectors allover Rwanda, different chief managers of labor sectors from all provinces.
It also involves advisers of all governors of provinces.
The training is provided by different experts from Singapore, a nation that Rwanda considers as the exemplary nation in as far as quick development is concerned.
